SAP Business Object 4.0 User Session Problem

Hi , I've just got a problem in my client about SAP Business Object 4.0 SP5 , it's about Session Log Off Problem, the detail is:

          1.  When they log off from SAP BI Launch Pad, It seems like SAP Business Object didn't directly log off the user, so it's session still appear in                CMC - Session.

          2.  My client use 5CAL. It's impact for them is, whereas they've logged off, their account still appear in CMC - Session so sometimes one User                Login Seems to be 2 - 3 times login, and it achieved the quota of 5CAL, and other user cannot login, because of Conccurent User

How do we fix this thing?Is this a bug in SAP Business Object 4.0 SP5 for Conccurent License? I've attached the example the session didnt logoff whereas it has already logoff.
